Executive Chef Jean-Pierre Lacroix, with experience in prestigious kitchens throughout France and Quebec, leads a talented team in creating dishes that honour French culinary tradition while embracing Canadian ingredients. His dedication to authenticity and innovation has earned Le Sommet numerous culinary accolades, including recognition from Canada's 100 Best Restaurants. Chef Lacroix personally selects each ingredient, working with both French importers for authentic products and local providers for the freshest regional specialities.

The menu changes with the seasons, always featuring both beloved classics and innovative creations. Signature dishes include duck confit with local wild berry reduction and hazelnut crust, bouillabaisse featuring Pacific seafood and mountain herbs in a saffron-infused broth, and a soufflé program that has become legendary among our regular guests. Each dinner begins with house-baked bread and cultured butter, accompanied by an amuse-bouche that previews the evening's culinary journey.

Our sommelier team curates perfect pairings from our extensive French wine collection, which includes rare vintages and boutique producers. The private wine cellar dining room accommodates intimate gatherings of up to 12 guests, with special menu options including a traditional Château-style dinner service featuring tableside preparations.
